Meet Dianne Clark, CPA
Dianne Clark is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Missouri State Board of Public Accountancy, with over 30 years of experience serving organizations across a wide range of industries, including public accounting, private equity, professional services, online commerce, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and faith-based entities.
Her career spans roles in financial statement auditing; corporate accounting and controllership; executive leadership, including CFO, CAO, and President roles; and advisory and strategic financial management.
Throughout her career, Dianne has been trusted to lead teams, strengthen financial operations, improve reporting clarity, and guide organizations through growth and transition—all with a steady, principled approach.
